I understand this is a recipe for electrocution, however, what reactions would take place at each electrode? As the electrons are on 'wiggling' back an forth in AC does this mean that the water is unable to 'grab' electrons at the cathode? Could you please give some depth what is happening in electrode in relation to electron movement and what the water does. DC makes sense as the electrons are being delivered to the cathode however in AC are the electron movements great enough for wateer to take. kind regards Chris
