Subject: Can TechnoGel be used for phonic isolation?

I was making a research for my master and i found this material at 
www.technogel.it, and because my mother works in acoustics i got interested 
because of some of it's qualities. High shock and vibration absorption, form 
memory, temperature ajustement, good presure distribution and some other that 
you can find on the site. So far i saw it's use in design and medicine. I know 
something about noise characteristics and propagation but not enough.
