I am teaching thermodynamics, and together with a student we are simulating by Molecular dynamics the melting of Argon. In our simulation we change the density by change the box and fixing the number of particles. I would expect that the melting temperature would not change considerably, but we are seeing a quite considerable change. Could you indicate some reference. Thanks in advance.
