Hi Joe,

The National Aquarium in Baltimore has an electric eel exhibit with a 
pulsing buzzer-type mechanism.  I don't have a direct contact for that 
part of the gallery, but the main number for the aquarium is 410-576-
3800.  Someone should be able to point you in the right direction from 
there.

Doesn't include anything specific about their voltage meter, but provides interesting information nonetheless. Good luck - these exhibits always draw a crowd, so I hope the same is true for yours. ~ Ruth
