How big does a particle on the mucus membrane in my nose have to be to make me 
sneeze.  Dust particles are certainly big enough to cause a sneeze, but it says 
in another article here that a virus is too small to be felt.  Exactly how big 
does the particle have to be for my nose to feel it?
