Is it possible to have parallel cycling system? The goal is to gain a clock
rate of n Hz by using a n Hz clocks [n is any positive integer greated than 1].
In this system, n 1 Hz clocks work together to result in a clock rate of n Hz.
Is such a device possible?

NOTE: *Hz* is different from *bits* and thus they are not to be
confused with each other. In this system, the "bits" maybe serial but not
the "hz". There are many devices that use "parallel bits". I've yet to hear of
any that use "parallel Hz".

Thanks,

Green
