A fly perceives us moving at a slower rate than we perceive ourselves. Is this
determined by it's faster metabolic rate? When people with pacemeakers have
their heartbeat rate made faster, they can think faster and get better results
when doing Maths problems. Is this connected? How in general does the speed of
an organism's metabolism affect it's perception of time? Has this issue been
researched?
