Ive read about Orion spaceships and other similar concepts, like Medusa, Mag-
Orion and Mini Mag-Orion. Its possible to use them for (manned) interstellar 
travels, at speeds about 1 - 10% c? Some write its possible, but some disagree.
And what about other advanced technologies, such as VASIMR, ICF, Vista ot ICAN 
spacecraft? What is maximal speed limit for them?
