Caffeine does not help in tooth decay development - that's probably the reason 
why you can't find anything related on the internet.
the main causative agent of tooth decay is carbohydrate ... or some other 
type of sugar.

Caffeine can only leave stains, like nicotine ... but only when it's been 
used very excessively ... or one is not taking care of his oral hygeine.
