I have read in several of your responses that prolonged breathing of "pure"
oxygen can be harmful (i.e. seizures, cellular damage) or even fatal. by
saying "pure" oxygen do you mean as if we were in a 100% oxygen atmoshere ?
If I were breathing oxygen from a cannula (like at an Oxygen Bar)am I correct
in thinking that I am not breathing 100% oxygen because I am also breathing in
regular air along with the oxygen ? in your opinion can this type of oxygen
intake say for 30 minute sessions several times a week be unhealthy?
