I am a bioinformatician Training students in this field.Was reading about 
Constructing vectors, but could not pin down exactly how to go about it from 
the start as in selecting the sequence, inserting reporter genes and mutiple 
cloning sites etc.Also was curious to know if computational or bioinformatics 
approach could be used for this purpose.Would appreciate your guidance 
regarding this.
