What if it was heated or cooled? I'm testing the elasticity of rubber bands 
when you change the band's temperature. I know already from both your archives 
and other sites that rubber contracts when heated and expands farther when 
cooled, but I want to know if these facts are in any way altered if you change 
the size or weight of the band.
