Hi i am currently doing my A-level coursework in biology. The question is shoe
the effect ph has on the rate of reaction of celery catalase. I have done this
using hydrogen peroxide and have collected some results. I am now ensure how
to work out the rate of reaction from these results to show which ph is the
optimum. Please help!
