I am working on a project to find promoters in plasmodium falciparum(Pf) genome
data using artificial neural networks. i took Pf genome data from GENBANK and
submitted it to NNPP tool availbale on internet, in turn got some resulted
sequences. i trained these sequences on my neural network software and got some
new results. now how can i verify whether the obtained results are promoters or
not? i want to know the procedure for verifying the promoter sequences?
