I want to chill a reaction flask by venting compressed nitrogen into the jacket 
surrounding the flask. I plan to use a needle valve to adjust the flow just 
prior to venting into the flask's jacket. What temperature will I achieve 
inside the jacket with a nitrogen tanks pressure drop to atmosphere?
