Subject: How is possible that Antarctica is the wettest & driest place on Earth?

Hi,
Nishant from India, a commerce graduate,I was surfing the internet and stuck 
on one site which mentioned that Antarctica is the wettest & driest place on 
Earth,with a question mark like, how is it possible that Antarctica is the 
wettest & driest place on Earth.I searched the ans. to this question but in 
vain, and than I found your site n thought why not to ask you...!
