well i know a few of them like . . .Protease, Acid Protease , Amylase ,lipase , Cellulase, Lactase, Papain , Bromelain , Glucoamylase , Maltase, Hemicellulase, Probiotic , but i am not sure if they r all or there r some more and i cannot guess that they r specific to a certain part in the plant or they may be any where and if any where then where ? and if i could know there function as well that would be to nice
