What proteins are viral capsids made of? What proteins in cells are they most closely related to? (I do not need a detailed description of the structure, just the type of proteins.) How could they have originated? I would ask the same thing of envelope proteins,(envelope lipids are derived from the host cell), the injection structures of bacteriophages, and the complex membranes of poxviruses and baculoviruses
