Sorry there is not enough room in the box above. Do protein have problems 
sometimes when they derived from mRNA, made into DNA, spliced into a plasmid 
and expressed (cloning)? When I have expressed proteins in this manner, they 
have aggregated. I was wondering if the lack of introns may cause this 
problem. Could introns have some function or activate some enzyme that 
enhances say protein folding, for example? Are introns really useless?
