I'm studying probiotics, and have found that while friendly bacteria are great
in so many ways (acidophyllus, etc.), the lactic acid they produce is a major
cause of cavities. I want to find out if there are non-pathogenic bacteria
that don't produce lactic acid...I've been searching the web for WEEKS now!!!
