What is the difference between white and black people's hair(forgive me
for not being PC.) And is there any way to permanently change the texture
of one's hair to grow differently? The archives didn't answer the second of
the two questions. I am interested in having "Flyaway" hair like mentioned in
someone elses response. Is it possible to lower the amount of Keretin protein
that the body makes.
