Do BOTH soluble and insoluble fibre interfere with the absorption of minerals
or just the insoluble fibre since it cannot be digested?

I find it easy to have more than 35 grams of fibre a day. So, if one chooses
to use milk separte from cereals, what should the order be - milk/soymilk
first then cereal with water or the other way round. Which takes longer to
digest, fibre (cereal) or protein (milk/soymilk)?
