Subject: how would the test cross play out, read comments please?

my mother has two brothers, but they have different mothers but same father. 
The one with the same mother (technical Brother) is not bald, but the one with a
different mother(half-brother) is bald, so how would the senario play out with
me since my mother's father or my grandfather is bald?? will i be bald, what is
the percentage?  i am having trouble with the test cross for some reason?
