I want my students to be able to understand the food labels they read.  It is my
understanding that monosodium glutamate has gone "underground" and that food
companies still list it on their labels in a disguised form.  I need a
comprehensive list of all the aliases. I have been unable to find a list I trust
so far.  I trust you folks. :-)
