reference- http://www.primidi.com/2004/11/17.html (claims it's the strongest acid...a million times more concentrated than sulfuric acid) What is the strongest acid- http://www.madsci.org/posts/archives/aug2000/966524756.Ch.r.html Neil Saunders said that a strong acid is classified either in "amount it dissociates" or "corrosiveness". However CHB11R5X6 (carborane ions) is not corrosive, so i'm guessing it would dissociate protons easily but it doesn't look like it. it looks stable. I don't know why I'm asking. Just interested I guess. I just hate how lots of information are left out from school teachings. It's common knowledge about the 6 strong acids, but there are stronger acids which is quite scary to imagine.
