HI, I am continuing one of my previous science experiments, of extracting DNA.
I plan to extract DNA from (peas, onions, lamb and chicken liver) and use this
extracted DNA in gel electrophoresis. I am having trouble in finding
information of what enzymes/buffer to use for the extracted dna as well as the
amount to use in the wells. Also once bands formulate what can be determined
from the differences seen in the bands.
Any help on these topics would be greatly appreciated
