I want to know if the thermal gradient caused by reentry into earths atmosphere
can be harnessed to cool the shell of teh ship. I realize the Space Shuttle
uses carbon-carbon tiles for high heat resistence, but I think if the heat could
be transferred into cooling for the shell, the weight of the shell could be reduced.
