Why does the formation of a terminator loop in the mRNA cause the RNA
polymerase to disengage from the DNA, such as in transcription attenuation in
the control of the trp operon? How come the formation of the anti-terminator
structure doesn't de-stabilisng RNA polymerase, but the terminator loop does?
