I'm asking this because, I drink a lot of water so, I'm pretty sure I am fully
hyrdated most of the time and still drink more water on top of that.  And
honestly, it makes my stomach huge, even if I haven't eaten in a while, but then
it goes away, but I can't exactly tell how long it takes. This is really more of
a vanity question.
