I am in the process of gathering information on Food Spoilage Versus Food
Deterioration.  I have all the information I need on the mechanisms, microbes
involved, ways to prevent, but nothing I have read or can find will explain to
me the difference in the two terms.  Some sites use them interchangably but my
teachers says they are two separate process.  Help, Please!
