Subject: do you think it may be possible, that with the use of genetic engineering

(question continued) and stem cell stimulation, "regeneration" of a lost body 
part, be it an organ or limb, is possible? i ask this question because i have a 
growing interest in genetic engineering and its aplications. this question came 
upon me as i thought of the growth of a fetus and if it would be possible to 
stimulate growth, such as it is then, in an adult humanbeing, so to treat 
burns, lost organs, paralysis, and even lost extremities, without the added 
complication of antiregection medication (where aplicable). thankyou for your
