Please could you tell me about the common factors which may have an impact on 
the reproducibility of thin layer chromatography and also how these factors 
affect it. (I did not manage to get down all the notes and explanations in the 
lecture and cannot seem to find the appropriate info online, your help will be 
much appreciated) Many thanks
