I am doing an experiment. In this experiment, I am combing different
concentrations of molasses and water with yeast. I need to know what
ingredient in Molasses, when combined with yeast causes fermentation? I know
that it is not glucose, fructose, or sucrose. But now I am stuck. I need to
know this ingredient so I can conduct my next expirement. Thank You
