Why don't protons in the nucleus of an atom (positively charged) they repel? 
Also, why don't electrons (negatively charged) touch the positively charged 
nucleus of the atom. I have heard that this has something to do with strong 
and weak nuclear forces. Can someone please explain these forces to me?
