I don't know where this question belongs, so, here it goes!

Can You Recomend any good colleges (preferebly in New 
York 
State) where I can go to to learn about fiber optics?  Also, which 
major should 
I go for?  I'm currently in a math/science Associates Degree, should I 
change 
it for this, or not?
