I know that a fixed amount of gas in a container will exert pressure on the walls of the container since molecules will constantly be hitting the inside surface of the container. But in the case of my question, no molecules will be hitting the container, wouldn't the only pressure be from the repulsion of the like-charges? Will it be greater or smaller than the uncharged case?
