Hi, my name is Ric and am a high school student in Aelaide.
I was wondering whether harmful UV radiation emmitted by the sun can penetrate 
through water, say of a pool, and if so by how much?  Can it bee reflected by 
the bottom of the pool? Are there any formula or good sources of information i 
can consult next?
