Just like you said (The program said that Newtons laws 
of
physics did not apply to sub atomic particles and that the movement of 
a 
particle smaller than an atom was best described using the quantum 
theory. )



So i would think the best to learn is with all of maxwells laws  (a 
statistical means to describe aspects of the kinetic theory of gases. )
