I have recently done an experiment looking at the effect of inhibitor (silver
nitrate) hydrogen peroxide and catalase but have been using catalase in yeast
suspension. how does this effect the reaction- i have heard it kills the yeast
which ferment to produce ethanol which further inhibits the reaction.
