Since the increase concern of global warming, I was wondering if we can create 
an orbiting array or system to reflect the solar rays incoming to earth to 
decrease the quantity of heat we receive from the sun and help in this matter? 
Lets say, if we can create it so we can protect the polar ice from melting away?
