hi. i just wanted to find out whether pepsin and alcalase hydrolyse different
amino acids in gelatin in photographic film. if so would this have any effect
on the way they are inhibited by copper ions or their ability to turn the
photographic film clear when copper ions are added. i hope that makes sense.
