There is no way to create weight gain in a specific area of the body (other than targeted weight lifting which is counter to your goal). Any atttempt at gaining weight(i.e. fat) would involve the entire body as determined by ones genetic predisposition to adipose tissue deposition. Also any attempt to gain weight (or lose weight)rapidly could lead to dangerous health problems such as heart disease, diabetes, etc. Your physician can give you further information on the effects of rapid weight gain.
