Assuming you mean if you were inside a tube made from reflective material 
like aluminum, silver, or gold,etc. Without making any assumptions of any 
kind, the simple answer is that you would see yourself pretty much like 
you would in a regular mirror but with a very greatly distortion. The 
extent of distortion depends a lot on how big the tube is (diameter) and 
how close you are standing to the curved surface of the tube wall. 
Essentially the tube will act like a mirrored lens so the image will 
appear more distorted as go up or down from the center. If you have ever 
been in a Fun House at a carnival there is always a hall of mirrors in 
which mirrors of different shapes and curvatures show this kind of effect.
