Specifically, what would be a ballpark average speed in miles per hour of a 
typical water molecule in the cytoplasm of a human body cell (37 degrees C)?  
I am hoping to use this info to make the concept of osmosis and other similar 
processes more real to non-science majors in a college biology course.
