Sorry for the late reply.

The thing is, whatever you found in your pizza need not necessarily be bone or teeth - it could be a pebble as well!! Without seeing it, I would not be able to comment.

But what I can tell you is that both bone and teeth consist of dense material made from calcium salts - making them equally the hardest parts of our body. And as far as sinking to the bottom is concerned - both of them sink in water simply because their densities are higher than that of water.

This contains a book called Gray's Anatomy - which explains with figures the whole structure of our body; for us in the medical field, it's considered the bible of anatomy!!!!
