I'm performing a genetics study that relates certain genes responsible for sleep/circadian function with
certain mental illnesses. I'm not sure how to determine how much of these genes (portions vs entire gene)
to sequence. Also not sure how to extract DNA and perform PCR on saliva samples - any suggestions
would be great! Also, any ideas on potential costs would be great too.
