Hello,
I am working on an assignment regarding amino acid chromatography and one of
my discussion questions is to give two methods of identifying, rather than
merely separating, an amino acid. I can see the obvious answer, which is
calculate their Rf values and then look them up in the tables but cannot see
another way. I have researched it but cannot seem to find the answer. Many
thanks.
