Pandas are near the top of the food chain/web. Not many animals would eat 
a full grown giant panda! Maybe eagles or larger carnivors could 
conceivably take a very small cub. 

When a giant panda dies though, there are hundreds of small bugs, 
bacteria, fungi, scavengers and insects that would eat the dead body.
