I'm a high school student beginning a science fair project for my chemistry
class. I was interested in testing for beta carotene in carrots that were
prepared in different ways (canned, raw, boiled, etc.). I am having trouble
finding information about what equipment and procedures are needed to measure
beta carotene. Do you know any high school-level methods to do this?

Thank you for your time to respond to my question!
