Message:
Is the amount of energy produced by a wind turbine proportional to the speed of
blade rotation or the amount of torque created? I ask this because I was
thinking, if it is determined by speed of rotation, instead of large vertical
blades, smaller horizontal blades could be used which spin much faster.
